Based on the level of service you’re after and your average monthly order volume, you qualify for a specific plan across our pricing tiers.
Our Customer Success team will monitor your monthly order volume and notify you if you’re consistently over. We’ll then advise the best plan for your needs.
We will consider your requirements to decide on the right printer setup for your business. Printers cost £40 per month to hire. Depending on seasonal peaks, you can also scale up or down how many printers you need.
You’ll have to upgrade to the correct plan that includes the feature or service level you want.
We will bill you 30 days after signing the contract. Our contracts are based on an annual commitment and payment will be charged monthly.
Currently, we integrate with Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, PrestaShop and Salesforce Ecommerce Cloud. Any other platforms outside of these will require extra work, potentially at an additional cost to you and a delay to your launch with Penny Black.
Our web app is compatible with most web-based WMS. Additionally, we’ve developed native integrations for various other WMS platforms. If you let us know which WMS you’re currently using, we’ll provide details on how Penny Black works with it.
